SOMEONE ON INTERNET SAID: «THE SINGULARITY OF THE BLACK HOLE IS ANALYZED AS A RUPTURE, IN THE REAL FABRIC OF SPACE- TIME.»
light and image installation

this installation is a reworking of Caravaggio’s 1602 painting The Incredulity of Saint Thomas. In the original painting, Jesus is shown exposing his gaping wound to Saint
Thomas, who until then had not believed in Christ’s resurrection. Saint Thomas here represents the figure of the scientific mind. The figure of Christ has been erased. The painting, digitally retouched, has been printed and glued to the wall.
In the centre of the room, a material reflects the blue light of a video projector on standby, causing an abstract form to appear, a fleeting, dancing spectre, under the finger of Saint Thomas.
